Brewing instructions: Place a heaped teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot, tea bottle or infuser and brew for 10 minutes. Brew your tea half an hour before you you want to go sleep and enjoy a good nights sleep.
Organic ingredients: chamomile, lemonbalm, hops, valerian, passionflower and lavender. Caution: some research has indicated that hops is contraindicated with antidepressant medication.
