24 dates

2 cups almond meal

1 cup shredded coconut

2/3 cup coconut oil

2/3 cup cacao powder

2 tablespoons chia seeds

Cover dates in a bowl with water and stand for 1 hour.  Drain and throw all your ingredients into the food processor or blender, then stand for 20 minutes to allow chia to soften.  Roll into balls, roll in coconut or chia and enjoy with your favourite cup of tea.   Makes about 25.
